The goal of the ProZukunft Foundation is to shape a sustainable and innovative future that is dedicated to people and nature. We strive to achieve this by promoting projects and initiatives that have an individual, inspiring, educational and entrepreneurial character, and are both ecologically and socially responsible.
- Education and Continuing Education
Promoting educational and continuing education projects for all age groups, especially for children, to develop their creative spirit and entrepreneurial skills, as well as for accessible, fact-based knowledge transfer with significant reach.
- Climate Protection and Sustainability
Development and promotion of projects that advance climate protection, climate management, and especially the reduction of CO2 and other greenhouse gases, conserve resources, and promote sustainable lifestyles.
- Community and Integration
Promoting community projects that strengthen social cohesion, for example through sports or other community activities, facilitate integration, and convey democratic values.
Our Founders
Entrepreneurship, family and social togetherness play a major role in their lives.
Angelika and Michael have been married for over 40 years and have five children and ten grandchildren. They have lived in Ennepetal, a rural region between the Ruhr area and the Bergisches Land, since childhood and have always been closely connected to their homeland.
Across multiple generations, they maintain close family relationships and are engaged in the areas of education, science, achievement, sports and cohesion in an open, diverse society. At the same time, they have gained numerous international experiences through Michael's scientific and entrepreneurial activities as well as their children's activities. Over many years, they have met people from various countries and cultures – including from America, Europe, Asia and Australia – and gained valuable intercultural insights.

Our Advisory Board
Our advisory board consists of five dedicated members of the next generation who continuously advise the foundation. Together with the founders, they discuss and decide on the promotion of projects for an innovative and sustainable future.
